乾燒蝦Fried Dried Shrimp
材料:
天使蝦 12尾
洋蔥末 50公克
蒜末 20公克
Ingredients:
12 Angel shrimp
50 grams onion shoots powder
20 grams garlic shoots
調味料:
番茄醬 3大匙
辣椒醬 2大匙
米酒 2大匙
水 100㏄
細砂糖 2茶匙
Seasoning:
3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons hot chili sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine
Water 100CC
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
作法:
1. 蝦洗淨,剪掉長鬚及脚後用剪刀從蝦背剪開(深約至1/3處)去腸泥,瀝乾水分備用。
2. 熱鍋倒入適量油,放入蒜末及洋蔥炒香,再加入番茄醬、辣椒醬一起炒香。
3. 加入水、米酒、細砂糖,煮開後將蝦子排放入鍋,以中火煮約2分鐘後翻面,再煮至湯汁略收乾即可。
Preparation Instructions:
Clean the shrimp by cutting lengthwise along the shrimp's back with scissors, removing the long feelers and feet going about 1/3 down and remove the vein of waste material. Drain excess water.
2. Pour oil into a heated frying pan, add garlic and onion powder stir-fry, then add tomato ketchup along with the hot chili sauce and stir fry.
3. Put water, rice wine, sugar, and the boiled shrimp into the pan on medium heat, turning them every 2 minutes, then cook until the sauce has slightly dried.
